1. Who we are

Wakeup Live ("we", "us") is a performance marketing and AI video creation business operated by Rushikesh Shinde from Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy covers wakeuplive.in and all its pages, including the free courses, the Growth Hub resources, and the ROAS calculator.

You can reach us at digitalrushi7@gmail.com or on +91 97305 57902. Full contact details for data requests are in Section 11.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address and phone number — when you request access to a free course or download a resource.
  • Booking details — when you schedule a strategy call, including anything you type into the booking form.
  • Messages — anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
  • Business information — details about your brand, ad accounts or campaigns that you choose to share with us during a consultation.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on page, links clicked, referring website.
  • Device and technical data — browser type, operating system, screen size, approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Advertising identifiers — set by Meta and Google so we can measure which ads brought you here.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store payment card details, bank information, passwords, or government identity numbers through this website. The ROAS calculator runs entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

3. Why we collect it

PurposeWhat this means in practice
Delivering what you asked forSending the course link, resource or booking confirmation you requested.
Responding to youReplying to enquiries and preparing for a strategy call.
MarketingOccasional emails about new resources or services. You can opt out of these at any time.
Measuring our adsUnderstanding which campaigns bring visitors, so we do not waste ad spend.
Improving the siteSeeing which pages are useful and which are ignored.

We rely on your consent for marketing communications and for non-essential cookies. For everything else we rely on the legitimate need to run and improve the business and to answer people who contact us.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function; others help us measure performance and advertising.

ToolWhat it does
Google Tag ManagerManages the tracking tags on the site. It does not itself collect personal data.
Google AnalyticsReports how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us.
Meta PixelMeasures which Facebook and Instagram ads led to visits, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited before.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site. To opt out of Meta's ad personalisation, use the ad preferences settings inside Facebook or Instagram.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

  • Hostinger — website hosting.
  • Google — analytics and tag management.
  • Meta — advertising measurement and delivery.
  • Calendly — call scheduling.
  • WhatsApp — messaging, if you choose to contact us that way.
  • Our email provider — sending the resources and emails you sign up for.

Some of these providers store data outside India. Where that happens, they operate under their own published privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and leads — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Marketing subscribers — until you unsubscribe.
  • Client records — for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Analytics data — according to the retention settings of the tools listed above.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your personal data where we no longer need it.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Email us using the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the systems holding enquiry data is restricted and password-protected. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

9. Children

This site and our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If we make a significant change, we will say so on the site.
